"Weathered in Light" is the fifth original release from the 2026 Snail Mail Studio Editions.
 
Time and sunlight have softened this old barn, revealing layers of history through weathered boards, peeling paint, and exposed timbers. In this watercolor, loose washes of crimson, rose, and gray capture the beauty that emerges when age and light work together. Rather than hiding its imperfections, the structure wears them proudly—each worn surface and fading color a reminder that character is often shaped by the passing of time.
 
"Weathered in Light" is an 8" wide by 8" tall original watercolor painting.  The piece has been matted in white, and framed in a 12" x 12" black frame.
