Abstract Art Mark Making

Back by popular demand - join this 2 hour Intro to Abstracts Workshop* and learn how to loosen up your creativity. Experiment with new mark-making techniques and a variety of mediums. Take home a complete series of Abstracts ready to frame.

This workshop will have a twist from the previous abstract class in that we will be focusing on a more neutral palette.

Feel free to bring your own "junk drawer" objects, acrylic paints, charcoal pencils, pastels, etc. to see how they can create beautiful and unusual elements in art.

Some "tools" used in my studio that I will be bringing are: shelf liner, bubble wrap, silicone brushes and even a potato masher.

REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 5PM ON SEP 10TH - Class fee is $35 and includes supplies and instruction.

Workshop will meet in the lower level of the Winchester Bldg located at 563 Maury Hill St. in Spring Hill (entrance is at the back of the building)

No experience required.
